- 12 large strawberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
- Carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.
- These can be made a few hours in advance but are best served fresh.
