Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Lay an eggroll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and carefully fry the eggrolls until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve with optional fruit sauce or whipped cream.
