- 4 medium apples
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core the apples and place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Fill each apple with the cheesecake mixture.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and nuts. Sprinkle over the filled apples.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of nutmeg to the cheesecake filling.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for added indulgence.
