- 1 pound strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems.
- Using a paring knife, carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into each hollowed strawberry.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top of the stuffed strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice to the cheesecake filling.
- These can be made a few hours in advance for convenience.
