Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add provolone cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the cheese sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- For a spicier dish, add some sliced jalapeños.
