Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ribeye steak and cook until browned.
- Add the onion and green bell pepper to the skillet, sautéing until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth and garlic powder, bringing to a simmer.
- Add the cooked tortellini and mix well.
- Sprinkle the provolone cheese on top, cover, and let it melt.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking.
