- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into small pieces.
- Dip each piece into the olive oil and then fill with the cheese and spinach mixture, pinching them closed.
- Shape the filled biscuits into a Christmas tree shape on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- You can prepare the filling ahead of time and refrigerate it until you are ready to assemble.
