Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into small pieces.
  4. Dip each piece into the olive oil and then fill with the cheese and spinach mixture, pinching them closed.
  5. Shape the filled biscuits into a Christmas tree shape on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
  • You can prepare the filling ahead of time and refrigerate it until you are ready to assemble.
