- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cheese tortellini to the skillet and mix well.
- Pour half of the enchilada sauce into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Transfer the beef and tortellini mixture to the dish and top with remaining enchilada sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
