Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, then drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced potatoes and browned beef to the mixture, stirring until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, top with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
