- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Season with salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- For a crunchy topping, sprinkle extra cheese or breadcrumbs on top before baking.
