  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil and add rice and broccoli. Cook until rice is tender.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice and broccoli with cheese, turkey bacon, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
