Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning.
- Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheese, allowing it to melt and combine.
- Add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
