Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning; cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning or diced jalapeños.
