- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pot, boil cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes; drain and let cool.
- Mash the cauliflower and combine with cheeses, eggs, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
