- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks.
- Brush both sides with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheese on top, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
Notes
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
