Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheese on top, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
