  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, bell peppers, onion, black beans, corn, cooked rice, fajita seasoning, salsa, and sour cream. Stir well to combine.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
