- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Mix in shredded chicken and garlic, cooking until heated through.
- Spread ranch dressing onto each tortilla.
- Layer the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Wrap tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
