- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Place a generous amount of the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the tortilla bombs until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs on the outside before frying.
