Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add them to the pan and sear both sides until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the garlic butter over the top.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
