- 4 ears corn on the cob
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the corn.
- Grill the corn for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chili powder to the butter.
- This dish is best served immediately.
