- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 slices turkey bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Spread the cheese mixture on each flour tortilla.
- Place 2 slices of turkey bacon on each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Brush the rolled tortillas with melted butter.
- Place the rollups seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
