Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Crisps Recipe

These cheesy garlic Parmesan crisps are crunchy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. Ready in 15 minutes, they’re perfect for low-carb snacking or topping salads and soups.

  • Total Time: 17 minutes
  • Yield: 10-12 crisps 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Spoon about 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of mixture onto the parchment, spacing each mound apart. Flatten each slightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  5. Turn on the broiler and broil for 1 minute for extra crispiness. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  6. Remove from oven and let the crisps cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Perfect as a snack or a low-carb pizza base.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Try adding oregano, red pepper flakes, or fresh basil for variety.
