- 4 cups diced potatoes

- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, ham, turkey bacon, 1 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a lighter version, you can substitute low-fat cheese and sour cream.
