- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form small balls of the mixture and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits to the mixture.
- These puffs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
