Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, rice, vegetable broth, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
