- 2 cups shredded potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded potatoes, spinach, and cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture into the potato mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
