- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and quarter the baby potatoes, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl with the potatoes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, sour cream, milk, olive oil, black pepper, and garlic powder together.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the potatoes and sausage. Stir well to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or chives as a garnish.
- You can substitute the smoked sausage with any sausage of your choice.
