  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and quarter the baby potatoes, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl with the potatoes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, sour cream, milk, olive oil, black pepper, and garlic powder together.
  5. Pour the ranch mixture over the potatoes and sausage. Stir well to coat.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
