- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the Rotel and taco seasoning to the beef, stirring to combine.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add it to the mixture, cooking until melted.
- Fill the taco shells with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add jalapeños or olives.
