Ingredients

- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese, shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a tortilla on a clean surface and scoop a generous amount of the seafood mixture onto the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to create a bomb.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Cook the tortilla bombs on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can brush the outside with butter before frying.
- Feel free to substitute the seafood with your choice of protein.
