- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- On each triangle, layer beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and olives. Roll up starting from the wide end.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
