Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet. Simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. On each triangle, layer beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and olives. Roll up starting from the wide end.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
