- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Mix in 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, reserving the rest for topping.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and sour cream.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with black beans.
- Adjust spice level by using mild or spicy salsa.
