- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef; mix well.
- Stuff each pasta shell with beef mixture, then place in a baking dish.
- Top with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some jalapeños to the filling.
- These stuffed shells can be made ahead and frozen.
