- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot pepper jelly
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Use your thumb to make an indention in the center of each ball.
- Fill the indents with hot pepper jelly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
