Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, flour, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangle.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting into sticks and serving.
