- 1 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls.
- In the first bowl, add chopped cherries and mix well.
- In the second bowl, add chopped pistachios and mix well.
- Leave the third bowl plain.
- Layer the mixtures in a loaf pan, alternating between cherry, plain, and pistachio layers.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh cherries and pistachios.
- You can substitute almond extract for vanilla for a different flavor.
