Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, Cherry Coke, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined.
- Fold in the cherry pieces.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
- Try adding chocolate chips for an extra treat!
