- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a dish.
- Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- Add the cherry layer: Spoon cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Finish with pecans: Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use double the amount of cream cheese.
- Can substitute other fruit fillings if desired.
