- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping, then spread over the crust.
- Layer cherry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle pecans on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, toast the pecans before adding them to the dessert.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance to save time.
