Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 package pre-made biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the tops of the bombs.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix the powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze.
- Once the bombs are cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze over the top and serve.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh cherries when in season.
- These can also be made with other fruit fillings, like apple or blueberry.
