Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into a greased baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Stir in sour cream, cherries, and pistachios.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Let it cool and then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
