  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a noodle flat and spread some chicken mixture on it, then roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Top the rolls with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
