- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a noodle flat and spread some chicken mixture on it, then roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
- Top the rolls with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute the Alfredo sauce with a low-fat alternative.
- Experiment with adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms in the filling.
