  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread half of the tater tots in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  4. Add the chicken mixture on top of the tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Layer the remaining tater tots over the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
