- 1 pound tater tots
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread half of the tater tots in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Add the chicken mixture on top of the tater tots.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Layer the remaining tater tots over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
- Using leftover rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe.
