- 1 pound tater tots
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a greased baking dish, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange the tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For an extra kick, add some cooked vegetables or use spicy Alfredo sauce.
