- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken, add baby potatoes to the skillet, and cook until golden.
- Return chicken to the skillet, pour in cream, and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
