- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, celery, onion, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables for extra flavor.
- Leftover rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe.
