- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli, chicken, cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add onions or bell peppers to the mixture.
- Can substitute the cream of chicken soup with a homemade version.
