- 8 ounces chow mein noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same pan, add vegetable oil and sauté bell pepper, carrot, and green onions for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, bean sprouts, turkey bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pan.
- Stir-fry everything for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add additional vegetables such as broccoli or mushrooms.
- Adjust the soy sauce to taste for a saltier flavor.
