Instructions

  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick.

  4. Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Coat each roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally roll in bread crumbs mixed with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the chicken rolls on a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
