- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Layer each chicken breast with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Coat each roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally roll in bread crumbs mixed with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken rolls on a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with a side of vegetables or a light salad.
- For an extra cheesy filling, add more cheese!
