- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
