- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles.
- Place a tablespoon of the filling onto one half of each rectangle.
- Fold over the pastry and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
